    Machining / Grinding Specialist Pay: $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Machining / Grinding Specialist to join a precision manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machining and/or grinding equipment while ensuring parts meet quality, safety, and production standards.     Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift Pay: $23.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Shift: 2nd Shift Location: Muskegon, MI We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, facility maintenance, and overall plant reliability in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems to help minimize downtime and keep equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work on CNC machinery, machine tools, material handling systems, pumps, gearboxes, drive mechanisms, and related production equipment.
