Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Pay:  $26.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule:  Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced  Maintenance Technician  to maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minimizing equipment downtime while supporting a safe and efficient operation.  Responsibilities Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility equipment. Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests. Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance records. Identify and report equipment safety concerns. Assist with ordering replacement parts and maintenance supplies. Follow all company safety and quality standards.  Qualifications At least  2 years of industrial maintenance experience . Prior experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems with industrial machinery Knowledge and prior troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is a plus, but not required Experience in a  welding or metal stamping facility  is preferred. Millwright or Electrical certification is a plus, but not required.
