Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Pay: $26.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minimizing equipment downtime while supporting a safe and efficient operation. 

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance records.
• Identify and report equipment safety concerns.
• Assist with ordering replacement parts and maintenance supplies.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards. 

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Prior experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems with industrial machinery
• Knowledge and prior troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is a plus, but not required
• Experience in a welding or metal stamping facility is preferred.
• Millwright or Electrical certification is a plus, but not required.
