Tool Room Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift Pay: $27.00–$35.00 per hour 1st Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. 2nd Shift Incentives: 10% shift premium and eligibility for a $1,500 signing bonus Position Summary We are seeking Tool Room Technicians to maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and support production dies and tooling. This position helps ensure tools are production-ready while responding quickly to breakdowns and minimizing downtime.  Scan Jul 24, 2026.pdf Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production dies. Troubleshoot tooling issues and support production schedules. Inspect repaired tooling for proper dimensions, clearances, and alignment. Build, modify, fit, and assemble tooling components. Operate tool room equipment, hand tools, and punch presses. Document completed work and communicate tooling or safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Two or more years of tooling or die-maintenance experience preferred. Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T. Experience with tool room machinery and precision inspection. Metal-stamping or welding-environment experience is preferred. Licensed Tool and Die Maker certification is a plus. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
