Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Supervision: Lead a skilled team in a dynamic manufacturing setting, instilling a culture of accountability, precision, and efficiency. Oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
• CNC Machining/Programming Proficiency: Apply your 3+ years of supervisory experience within CNC Machining/Programming to streamline operations, troubleshoot complex machining problems, and foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with other management team members to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity. Implement these tactics through meticulous planning and resource allocation.
• Team Development and Coaching: Adept at identifying and cultivating talent within your team, providing regular feedback, and facilitating professional growth opportunities. Your leadership will be impactful, motivating your team towards achieving their full potential.
• Effective Communication: Articulate goals, expectations, and feedback clearly and constructively. Your excellence in both written and verbal communication will be pivotal in fostering teamwork, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in a management, leadership, or supervisory role within a manufacturing context, with at least 3 years specifically related to supervising CNC Machining/Programming operations.

• Proven capability in leveraging strong organizational skills to tackle challenges, enhance production workflows, and achieve targets.
