We’re currently sourcing a driven and informed Medical Gas Service/Sales Representative to enhance our client’s sales team. This pivotal role focuses on driving sales and fostering pivotal connections with healthcare institutions through our comprehensive range of medical gas products and services. A prime candidate for this position showcases a robust foundation in medical gases coupled with proven sales acumen and outstanding communicative abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

Sales Excellence & Client Development: Spearhead the identification and engagement of prospective clients across hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. Cultivate lasting relationships with our clientele to ensure retention. Conduct in-depth presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Efficiently manage proposal and contract processes to secure client commitment, striving to achieve and surpass established sales goals.

Product Expertise & Support: Serve as the subject matter expert on all facets of medical gases, their associated equipment, and regulatory standards (including NFPA, FDA, OSHA). Guide clients in selecting optimal medical gas solutions. Provide essential technical support, addressing any system or equipment concerns swiftly and effectively.

Regulatory Adherence & Safety: Guarantee that all service and installation activities are in strict compliance with pertinent local, state, and federal directives. Undertake thorough site analyses and safety evaluations, proposing actionable resolutions. Instill best practices for medical gas handling and storage among clients, reinforcing safety protocols.

Client Support & Service: Respond to client inquiries and issues with promptness and professionalism. Deliver comprehensive training and assistance regarding the use of medical gas equipment. Collaborate with our service team to ensure the swift and seamless installation and maintenance of systems.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as engineering, healthcare, or business) or comparable experience.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in medical gas sales or related sector.
  • A deep understanding of medical gas systems, pertinent regulations, and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated ability in maintaining and expanding client relationships, supported by a track record of sales success.
  • Superior negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Autonomous work ethic, with effective time management.
  • Valid driver’s license and openness to travel as needed.
