Controls Technician - 1st Shift

Controls Technician Summary:

Midwest Recruiters is seeking a Maintenance Controls Technician for a growing organization in the Grand Rapids, MI area. The ideal candidate will have a previous background supporting end-users on a machine that utilizes Allen Bradley PLCs, or Programmable Logic Controllers.

Maintenance Controls Technician Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 3+ year(s) of experience working with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs and/or 3+ years of previous experience maintaining industrial equipment with automation
• Able to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints/schematics.
• Able to troubleshoot Electrical machinery.
• Proven history of working successfully with a wide-range of customers (machine operators, engineering managers, etc.)

Maintenance Controls Technician Compensation and Benefits:

• $32-$35/hour depending on prior experience
