Sr. Quality Engineer – IATF Summary:
We are looking for a driven and skilled Lead Quality Auditor to join our manufacturing company in Denver, CO. With a keen eye for detail, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product quality meets the highest standards, directly impacting our reputation and customer satisfaction.
Quality Auditor Key Responsibilities:
- Execute thorough audits of manufacturing processes to uphold quality standards
- Lead a team of quality auditors – setting goals, providing training and performance feedback
- Analyze audit findings and present data-driven recommendations to senior management
- Implement quality process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and rectify quality issues
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all quality-related processes
Senior Quality Auditor Qualifications:
- AIAG IATF 16949:2016 Expereince
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality engineer/auditing role within a manufacturing setting
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Statistical software experience (Minitab)
