Manufacturing Engineer Technician Summary:
Midwest Recruiters, on behalf of our growing manufacturing client, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Technician. This position assists with planning, testing, and development of industrial products to improve production and output.
Manufacturing Engineer Tech Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Engineering department in improving manufacturing processes
- Carry out detailed analysis, testing, and validation of manufacturing systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Assist engineers in the design, development, and testing of industrial machinery and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance process efficiency
Manufacturing Engineer Tech Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with CAD software and other relevant engineering software
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Unwavering commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, efficiency, and safety protocols
Manufacturing Engineer Tech Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 (depending on experience)
